Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has been proven as the most effective martial art in the world time and time again in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Competitions. BJJ is a great style for those who’ve never taken any martial arts. BJJ is easy to understand and apply, yet effective. It’s also a great addition for people who’ve trained in other martial arts because it teaches many aspects ignored by other styles. BJJ has now been adopted by the US Military due to its proven effectiveness.
