Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do/Kickboxing
I started training in 1985 under the direction of Grandmaster Sok Ho Kong of Seoul, Korea. I trained under the Moo Duk Kwan Korean Tae Kwon Do Association. I trained in New Martinsville West Virginia from 1985 until 2007 in Tae Kwon Do/Kickboxing (Moo Duk Kwan).
I started competing in 1994 with my first tournament being the U.S. Open Tae Kwon Do/Karate/Kung Fu Championships, and continued on to become a Junior Olympic Medalist and an invitation to compete in the Olympics. Results listed below.

- 2003-Ohio Police and Fire Games-bowed out due to injury (Hilliard OH)
